The IDEALIST project, funded under the Horizon Europe programme, is launching the fifth edition of its Hack&Match event, focused on Advanced Technologies for Resilience and Adaptability of SMEs.
Hack&Match is a collaborative innovation initiative designed to support European companies in addressing real industrial challenges by connecting them with technology providers, research organisations and innovation actors from across Europe.
Call for Challenges: now open
The Call for Challenges is now open until 23 May 2026.
SMEs, mid-caps and large companies are invited to submit their current technological needs and challenges related to improving their resilience, adaptability and competitiveness.
Selected challenges will be matched with solution providers from across Europe and addressed through a structured collaborative process.

Hack&Match follows a structured and fast-paced process:
- Call for Challenges (27 April – 23 May 2026): companies submit their technological needs
- Call for Solutions (25 May – 20 June 2026): solution providers apply to address the selected challenges
- Team matching (end of June 2026): participants are grouped into collaborative teams
- Hack&Match online event (1–2 July 2026): teams work together to co-develop solutions
During the two-day online event, participants collaborate intensively to explore practical, applicable and innovative solutions to real industrial problems.
