On 17 September 2025, IDEALIST partner Geokompetenzzentrum Freiberg e.V. (GKZ) organised the discussion forum “Zukunft Bahnindustrie: Perspektiven und Praxis” (“The Future of the Rail Industry: Perspectives and Practice”).
The event provided a valuable opportunity to bring together stakeholders from the railway and industrial ecosystem to exchange views on future challenges, emerging developments and practical perspectives for the sector.
Through the forum, GKZ contributed to the dissemination of IDEALIST and to the broader discussion on how companies and SMEs in particular can better prepare for technological, market and industrial transformations.
