Challenge: AI-Powered Navigation for Visually Impaired Individuals
Goal: Develop a real-time, personalized AI navigation system for public transport hubs, integrating voice/haptic feedback and smart wearables.
Key Needs:

  • Real-time guidance adapting to schedule/route changes
  • Multimodal interaction (voice, text-to-speech, haptics)
  • Seamless integration with transport infrastructure

2. DI Industrial (Czech Republic)

    Challenge: Automated Machining Instructions from PDF
    Goal: Generate machining and cost estimation instructions (incl. machine load) from engineering PDFs for low-volume parts (1–50 pcs).
    Key Needs:

    • Parsing PDFs into structured machining steps
    • Internal capacity and pricing calculation
    • Fast turnaround and delivery forecasting

    3. Galvamet (Czech Republic)

      Challenge: AI Optimization for Heat Treatment Processes
      Goal: Use AI to reduce operating costs, improve scrap rates, and enhance competitiveness in metal treatment services.
      Key Needs:

      • AI-assisted process optimization
      • Predictive quality control
      • Competitive benchmarking

      4. MAPRO ARAGON (Spain)

        Challenge: Boosting Market Reach & Digital Visibility
        Goal: Use AI to improve market differentiation, digital presence, customer base diversity, and supply chain resilience.
        Key Needs:

        • AI-powered marketing strategy
        • Customer segmentation and targeting
        • Supply chain optimization

        5. Loiretech Ingénierie (France)

          Challenge: Smart Supervision in Resin Infusion
          Goal: Create an AI system that monitors and assists composite manufacturing (resin infusion) using real-time physical parameters.
          Key Needs:

          • Worker support and parameter optimization
          • Human-in-the-loop supervision

          6. Talent Center (Romania)

            Challenge: AI for SME Client Acquisition
            Goal: Use AI to identify and attract SME clients for AI consultancy and automation services, especially in the transition to a new business model.
            Key Needs:

            • AI-driven lead generation
            • SME profiling and outreach
            • CRM and engagement tools

            7. Te.Si.Fer. (Italy)

              Challenge: Digitalization of Railway Schematics
              Goal: Convert legacy railway blueprints (scanned images) into DWG CAD files using AI for block recognition and attribute mapping.
              Key Needs:

              • Image-to-DWG translation
              • Symbol library mapping
              • High accuracy for regulatory compliance

              8. Gainoplast (France)

                Challenge 1: Catalyst Optimization in Chemical Recycling
                Goal: Apply AI to accelerate catalyst testing and reaction modeling in polymer recycling.
                Challenge 2: Validation of Sustainable Monolayer Films
                Goal: Support lab testing and validation of new barrier compounds for recyclable monolayer packaging.
                Key Needs:

                • Predictive modeling of reactions

                  Challenge: AI-Driven Integration of Education & Media Production
                  Goal: Automate and scale personalized training and aerial media production while reducing environmental impact.

                    Challenge: AI for Workforce Upskilling and Efficiency
