Goal: Develop a real-time, personalized AI navigation system for public transport hubs, integrating voice/haptic feedback and smart wearables.

2. DI Industrial (Czech Republic)
Challenge: Automated Machining Instructions from PDF
Goal: Generate machining and cost estimation instructions (incl. machine load) from engineering PDFs for low-volume parts (1–50 pcs).
Key Needs:
- Parsing PDFs into structured machining steps
- Internal capacity and pricing calculation
- Fast turnaround and delivery forecasting
Challenge: AI Optimization for Heat Treatment Processes
Goal: Use AI to reduce operating costs, improve scrap rates, and enhance competitiveness in metal treatment services.
